Harner's Home Improvements

Keith and Sam worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the communication we recieved thoughout the entire proces. Highly recommend the Harner's for all your home improvement needs!

Keith Harner redid our deck. Because the existing deck had a spiral staircase and pergola in good shape, he had to work around them. It turned out beautiful. Keith is hardworking, a perfectionist, a quick worker, and an absolutely great communicator. If you need deck work done, Keith is your guy.

Steve and Keith had commendable communication with us from the beginning of our projects, to the end. Their knowledge and craftsmanship were impressive, their recommendations were well thought out and they ensured that we saved money on materials any way that we could, without jeopardizing quality. This was very important to us and they were always transparent and upfront with us about product pricing etc. They were both very attentive to moving things carefully if needed, returning the space as they found it, with tools, cords etc. They disposed of the old materials so that we didn’t have to worry about that either! Professional from the beginning to the end of the jobs! We never ran out things to chat about; as Steve has such a wealth of experience and well known in the community; it was easy to make connections with him. Keith is inquisitive, thoughtful, focused and still made sure the work got done even though I was often interrupting and chatty!! This young man has such humble confidence and is going to do big things as he grows in experience. Together they replaced large 4 season porch windows and a patio door as their first project with us. Prior to their installation, this time of year with the Asian beetles and boxelder bugs was a nightmare! They would get in easily around the windows and doors and we would have to use harsh chemicals and hours of clean up to get rid of them. This year; we didn’t have any make their way into the house unless it was one that hitched a ride in my hair or my shirt! It’s been a more enjoyable fall than we have had in years simply because I wasn’t battling this problem! Keith has a creative mind and an eye for what’s possible; and functional! Steve’s support and knowledge being passed on to his sons is heartwarming and inspiring! It’s one of the many reasons we continue to come back to them for our project needs! Steve even helped with some Grad party and Wedding signs/ arches that I needed in a kind of a pinch! They were so sturdy and well made, and I’ve found many ways to continue to use these projects in other creative ways! I’ve recommended Harner’s Home improvements to family and friends whenever they are looking for a quality company and also wanting to support local! I feel this community prioritizes local businesses and I hope they continue to recommend Harner’s just as we do!

Keith replaced an old patio door for us. The new door that I ordered was a couple inches larger than the old one, making it a little more complicated, but he was able to make everything work.

Had some miscellaneous projects to be done and Keith did a great job. Excellent communication throughout! Would use again.

Keith was prompt and efficient in installing the weatherstripping on our exterior doors. We would work with him again.

Harner Home Improvements have been great. They renewed our siding, fascia and soffit in timeframe that worked for us. The crew was knowledgable and professional, they listened to our input and incorporated it accordingly. It has been a pleasure having Harner Home Improvements working at our home. They delivered results beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them.

The Harner family was great local contractor to work with. Harner Home Improvemets resided our house, working on our schedule Keith and his crew worked hard each and every day until the siding area was completed.

They did such a great job on our siding. We had patch siding work done. Most companies wouldn’t touch this kind of thing because it isn’t ’big Enough’ but Keith worked with us and did a great job!

we needed new soffits and fascia on our very tall American 4 square house. with trees and gardens and obstacles a plenty, it was a challenge, I'm sure. but they did a great job and were so so nice, to boot.

Harner’s did an excellent job installing a new egress window for us. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. We’d recommend them for any home improvement needs!

The Harners have helped us with several projects around the house. Keith has always been professional, fair, courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in everything throughout the processes. Also an uncommonly fantastic communicator. A true pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Keith has helped us with several jobs involving high ladders and carpentry work. He is meticulous in whatever he is tackling, and an (uncommonly) fantastic communicator. A pleasure to work with.

Keith completed a deck remodel. He approached it very professionally, was impressed by his ability to make things come together. Keith is a very hard worker, and sets high standards for himself, if it’s not right he will fix it. Keith is very prompt to return message and communicate his plans. Enjoyed his ambition and hard work.

I have been working with Harner’s Home Improvements for over two decades. Steve is an incredibly reliable, extremely honest individual who does very good quality work. His son, Keith, is continuing on the business this year, and I’ve had him tackle several projects this year to include installing a window and a door in my garage, swapping some light fixtures, and hanging a very large pendant light in my entryway. He has also done outside work for me, starting with gutter cleanings, and expanding into other areas. I’ve seen some of Keith’s work in regard to siding and deck renovations with neighbors and friends. He does a very good job. I would recommend Keith and Steve without hesitation. They do quality work. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keith Harner recently completed a deck replacement for us. He demolished and rebuilt it in a timely and professional manner. He is friendly, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the bidding to completion process. We plan to have him do a flooring project in the near future. Highly recommend Keith and Harner Home Improvements.
